Job summary

Tony Gee and Partners is currently recruiting CAD Technicians to join their multi-disciplinary team based in their Ashford office in Kent. We require a skilled and experienced technician to produce high-quality engineering models and drawings; the focus is on technical engineering draughting ability rather than BIM software expertise.

Essential responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings, supervising juniors, and translating sketches into CAD models and presentation drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical subject.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and sketches provided by engineers.
• Ability to supervise and train junior colleagues to produce accurate CAD outputs.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality engineering models and drawings.
• Interpret drawings and sketches and translate into CAD models and presentation drawings.
• Supervise and train junior technicians to ensure accuracy.
