The Company They are a leading UK manufacturer and erector of commercial poultry housing, agricultural buildings and industrial steelwork. Due to an increase in contracts, they are expanding their technical design team. They’re looking for an experienced CAD Technician to work at the company’s Head Office in Kingsland, Herefordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with AutoCAD experience who wants to develop a long‑term career in construction, steel, timber and cladding design. Previous experience in steel portal frames, timber structures or cladding systems would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided on our products, processes and Advance Steel software. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, designers and project managers, producing drawings for manufacture and construction while learning every stage of our design process.
Please note: This is primarily an office-based role. Hybrid working may be considered for the right candidate after completing training and becoming established in the role.
