Job summary

Confidential, based in Northamptonshire, is seeking a Project Manager/Coordinator with AutoCAD skills to support the delivery of warehouse storage and fit-out projects. This permanent, full-time role offers progression opportunities within a growing business.

You will prepare drawings, manage documentation, assist with schedules and budgets, and liaise with engineers, designers, contractors and clients across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
• Background in Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or CAD Technician roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and drive career progression.
• Experience in construction/engineering/fit-out/storage industries is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence for site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with planning, coordination and administration.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, drawings and correspondence.
• Assist with schedules, budgets and reporting.
• Create, modify and review technical drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, contractors and clients.
• Coordinate communication between all project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Assist with project presentations and progress updates.
