Job summary

Survey-Solutions is seeking a CAD Operator for our Ipswich or Colchester offices to support the surveying team. You will produce a variety of survey drawings, including elevations, roof plans and floor plans, from Point Cloud data, ensuring accuracy before client issue.

The role requires CAD software experience, a high standard of work, and ability to meet deadlines. Full-time, 9:00–17:30, with occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD drawing production for surveying or construction environments.
• Ability to produce high-quality drawings to tight deadlines.
• Willingness to commute to Nottingham and have full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of CAD software including AutoCAD and BrisCAD.
• Produce survey drawings ready to be issued to clients.
• Draw measured building surveys from Point Cloud data.
