Job summary
Survey-Solutions in Colchester (or Ipswich) is seeking a CAD Operator to join our experienced surveying team. You will produce survey drawings, including elevations, roof plans and floor plans, supporting the survey managers and surveyors.

Qualifications
- Proven CAD experience in surveying or construction environments.
- Ability to produce accurate drawings to deadlines.
- Familiarity with point cloud data and 3D modelling.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate CAD proficiency with AutoCAD and BrisCAD on survey plans.
- Produce floor plans, elevations, roof and electrical layouts from point cloud data.
- Update drawings per client requirements in collaboration with surveyors.
- Check volume calculations and ensure accuracy for client delivery.
