Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a CAD Lead to drive project design and drafting standards. You will plan, deliver, and govern CAD outputs, coordinating with engineering and cross-functional teams. Pro‑active in keeping CAD tools up to date, you will ensure drawings meet stringent standards and schedules.

You will lead the creation of 3D models and 2D drawings, support the Engineering Lead, and travel internationally up to 20% to align on project needs and implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills across multi-discipline teams.
• Good cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead on projects or initiatives; ensure design phase is planned to schedule and budget.
• Produce and maintain Parker drafting standards and deliverables.
• Develop Parker processes for efficient delivery based on best practices.
• Collaborate with functions to provide value and optimise resources.
• Produce accurate 3D models and 2D drawings in a timely manner.
• Support project needs with Engineering Lead and stay current with CAD software.
