Job summary

Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for an experienced Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer to join a prestigious engineering company based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for a skilled machinist or inspector with strong quality experience and the ability to program CMM machines from CAD models.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring precision-engineered components meet the highest quality standards. Location: Stoke-on-Trent.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or CMM Programmer.
• Ability to program CMM machines from CAD models.
• Experience with PC-DMIS software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed inspection of precision-engineered components.
• Program and operate CMM machines using CAD models.
• Produce accurate inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Investigate and identify quality issues, supporting corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality performance.
