Qualifications

• Experience operating and troubleshooting Redis at scale.
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments and scaling.
• Strong SRE background with observability, automation, and incident management.
• Strong Python programming for platform automation and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Drive availability, performance, and scalability of caching platforms.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate operational processes.
• Monitor performance, capacity planning, and bottleneck analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed reliability into SDLC.
