Job summary

Norse Atlantic Airways is recruiting Cabin Crew for London Gatwick (LGW) to operate the Boeing 787 Dreamliner on intercontinental routes. Join a growing, sustainable airline and deliver safe, exceptional service on long-haul flights from a modern fleet.

Base: London Gatwick. This permanent, full-time role requires safety focus, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude, with comprehensive training provided and opportunities to grow within a forward-thinking company.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid passport with the right to work and live in the UK.
• Completed education to a minimum level of High School or comparable.
• Must be able to report within 120 minutes when on standby duty at London Gatwick (LGW).
• Ability to fly intercontinental routes; long-haul flights are part of the role.
• Flexible schedule; flights operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment testing, including a drug and alcohol test.
• Must be able to swim and float in water, and assist others in an emergency.
• Preference: Previous Boeing 787 experience is preferred but not essential.

What We're Looking For

To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Must be 5ft 2inches (157cm) or above—to meet safety requirements.
• Must be fluent in English—clear communication is essential.
• Must have a valid passport with the right to work and live in the UK.
• Completed education to a minimum level of High School or comparable level.
• Have the legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries—you'll be flying intercontinental routes.
• Must be able to report within 120 minutes when on standby duty at London Gatwick (LGW).
• Ability to fly intercontinental routes—long-haul flights are part of the role.
• Flexible schedule—flights operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment testing, including a drug and alcohol test.
• Meet the physical requirements of the job—you'll be on your feet, lifting, and moving throughout each flight.
• Must be able to swim and float in water, and be capable of helping others in an emergency.
• Preference: Previous B787 experience is preferred but not essential—we provide comprehensive training.
