Job summary

Kingdom People is seeking a Business Architect/Ops Analyst in London to drive ConOps and interoperability for a major defence project. The role requires a British citizen with SC Clearance and extensive engagement with customer community stakeholders to shape ConOps, ConUse, and ConEmp and support the pan-domain information interoperability reference architecture.

The successful candidate will lead a team of UCD experts, translate operational context into actionable requirements, and influence

Qualifications

• Experience in operational analysis and development of ConOps/ConUse/ConEmp for defence/interoperability.
• Understanding of multi-domain missions (air, land, sea, cyber) and associated operational context.
• Ability to build relationships and influence customer community to deliver capabilities.
• Guiding teams through complex operational and strategic contexts.
• Deep knowledge of Defence and NATO standards (MoDAF/NAF) around C3I interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of UCD/ops researchers, defining operational context for C3I interoperability.
• Engage stakeholders across the customer community to inform ConOps and related concepts.
• Distil high-level requirements and mission threads from information interoperability context.
• Influence development plans to embed long-term C3I interoperability within the overall operational capability.
