Job summary

Driver Hire Sheffield is seeking an experienced C1 licensed driver for ongoing home-delivery roles across South Yorkshire. Expect a two-person crew, requirement to manage loads and lift heavy items, and professional customer interactions.

Roles cover DIY/home improvement deliveries in surrounding areas with a per-hour PAYE wage. Weekly pay and a supportive team are provided by Driver Hire Sheffield.

Qualifications

• Hold a C1 licence (MUST HAVE HELD LICENCE 2 YEARS)
• Hold CPC & Tacho Card up to date
• No more than 6 points on your licence (Insurance purposes)
• Must be honest, reliable & have a good work ethic
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• This role involves home deliveries - DIY & Home improvement goods.
• This is a two-man operation, you will always have a Driver mate.
• MUST be able to manage your own load & lift heavy loads
• Deliveries can be carried around the surrounding areas
• Driving in a professional manner whilst representing the company

Are you an experienced C1 Driver, looking for work in South Yorkshire? Driver Hire Sheffield & Rotherham have the job for you! This could be an ongoing role for the right candidate.

An induction will be required!!

Commutable from: Sheffield, Doncaster, Rotherham, Barnsley & Chesterfield.

PAY: £13.50 - £15.12 Per Hour ( PAYE)
