Job summary

Vistage is seeking an Executive Recruiter to proactively source, qualify, and manage C‑Suite candidates through a high-touch, full‑cycle selection process for Vistage Executive Coach roles. This is a relationship‑driven role focused on building a consistent pipeline of high‑calibre leaders and guiding them through a distinctive selection process.

The position supports Vistage UK and Ireland, with an emphasis on London-based activities and occasional UK travel to engage Chairs and regional

Qualifications

• Proven track record recruiting for C-suite and senior executives.
• Strong ability to source, qualify, and close high-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify a healthy pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach.
• Educate and inspire senior executives about the Vistage Executive Coaching model.
• Conduct behavioural and performance-based interviews with C-level candidates by phone or video.
• Own the candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Represent Vistage in executive and professional communities with credibility.
• Extend offers and manage onboarding steps, including assessments and background checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Salesforce for visibility and forecasting.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and Chairs to align hiring priorities.
