Business area
The Global Markets e-Trading technology teams provide front office technology solutions to BNP Paribas' e-Trading clients and desks. The Rates/FX Pricing Platform team develops software systems for Pricing functionality across e-Trading workflows, used globally with major hubs in London, New York, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Job purpose
Manage the team responsible for designing and developing the common pricing platform used across Rates/FX. Provide leadership and oversight for technical leads and developers. Collaborate with stakeholders to align business and technical strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for platform design, development, and innovation.
• Collaborate with developers, traders, and quants to define business requirements.
• Interpret business needs and facilitate technical solutions.
• Ensure development and deployment adhere to bank policies and standards.
• Recruit and develop team members.
• Communicate delivery status and milestones to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technology teams to align and deliver business workflows.

Requirements

• Experience leading high-availability, distributed platforms in Front Office Pricing.
• Management experience with small teams of technical experts.
• Technical expertise in server-side C# development.
• Knowledge of FX/Rate products.
• Ability to work directly with traders and research quants.
