Job summary

You will shape technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Architecture, and stakeholders to deliver scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Engineering Manager or similar with people management responsibilities.
• Strong commercial development experience using C# and .NET.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers through coaching and career development.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance engineering culture.
• Manage team capacity, delivery planning, and prioritisation to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices across the lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in software quality, DevOps, testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain exceptional engineering talent.
• Encourage innovation while balancing technical debt with product delivery.
• Contribute to technical discussions and guidance on complex engineering challenges.
