Job Title: Full-time C# Developer - Energy Trading Systems (Remote/Brighton)

Location: South-East/Brighton, UK (Remote with occasional Brighton visits)

Job Description: Our client, a boutique company, is seeking a talented C# Developer with 10-15+ years of .NET experience to maintain and enhance a critical Position Management system for a major UK Energy Trading house. Experience in Front Office energy trading, particularly in Gas & Power or commodities, and direct interaction with Traders is essential.

Advantages: Trayport API knowledge, Energy Trading Front Office experience.

Personal Attributes: UK-based (no visa restrictions), self-motivated, capable of working remotely with minimal guidance, and comfortable with occasional visits to Brighton (1-2 times per month).

Package: Fully remote role, with occasional travel expenses reimbursed. Equipment can be BYOD or provided by the company. Salary is negotiable (£60,000 to £80,000 per year based on experience), plus performance bonus. The environment is delivery-focused with no micromanagement. This is a direct hire position; no agency applications will be considered. Only UK citizens and permanent residents will be considered. The company will not sponsor visas.
