Full-time C# Developer - Energy Trading Systems (Remote/Brighton)

Location: South-East/Brighton, UK (Remote with occasional Brighton visits)

A boutique company is seeking a talented C# Developer with 10-15+ years of .NET experience to maintain and enhance a critical Position Management system for a major UK Energy Trading house. Experience in Front Office energy trading, particularly in Gas & Power or commodities, and direct interaction with Traders, is essential.

Advantages: Trayport API knowledge and Energy Trading Front Office experience.

Personal Attributes: UK-based (no visa restrictions), self-motivated, able to work remotely with minimal guidance, and comfortable with occasional travel to Brighton (1-2 times monthly).

Package: Fully remote, occasional travel expenses reimbursed, BYOD or company-provided equipment, negotiable salary (£60,000 to £80,000 per year based on experience) plus performance bonus, in a delivery-focused environment (no micromanagement). This is a direct hire position; no agencies. Only UK citizens and permanent residents will be considered. The company will not sponsor visas.
