Full-time C# Developer - Energy Trading Systems (Remote/Brighton)

Location: South-East/Brighton, UK (Remote with occasional Brighton visits)

A boutique company is seeking a talented C# Developer with 10-15+ years of .NET experience to maintain and enhance a critical Position Management system for a major UK Energy Trading house. Front Office experience, ideally in Energy (Gas & Power) or commodities, and direct interaction with Traders is essential.

Advantages: Trayport API knowledge, Energy Trading Front Office experience.

Personal Attributes: UK-based (no visa restrictions), self-motivated, able to work remotely with minimal guidance, and comfortable commuting to Brighton 1-2 times monthly.

Package: Fully remote, occasional travel expenses reimbursed, BYOD or company-provided equipment, negotiable salary (£60,000 to £80,000 per year based on experience) + performance bonus, delivery-focused environment (no micromanagement). Direct hire only (no agencies). Only UK citizens and permanent residents will be considered. The company will not sponsor visas.
