Proactive Appointments Limited is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Back-End C# .NET Developer for a permanent, hybrid role in Taunton, Somerset. You will join a growing development team to design and build scalable backend systems while advancing through the full software lifecycle.

You will work with other developers on implementing RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure-based deployments, while mentoring juniors and contributing to code reviews and ongoing improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core (latest versions).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

C# .NET Developer

Permanent | Hybrid (2-3 days on-site per week) | Taunton, Somerset | Up to £45,000 per annum

Our client is looking to onboard a Junior to Mid-Level Back-End C# .NET Developer on a permanent basis to join their growing development team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment, while working on a range of exciting projects and gaining valuable experience across the full software development lifecycle.

You'll be joining an established team where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside other Junior and experienced developers, contributing to the design and development of new applications and features, and help maintain and improve existing systems.
