Job summary

Addison Project Plc is seeking a C&I Engineer for on-site work at the Daresbury office. You will join a multidisciplinary team to develop CI/engineering scope from FEED to detailed design, supporting procurement, installation, and commissioning on EPCM projects in the UK.

Applicants should have UK process sector experience, strong drawing/documentation skills, and a background in EC&I with P&ID output. This role offers onsite work with a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• HNC minimum; ideally degree in a relevant subject with UK process sector experience.
• Proficient in technical drawing and documentation content; able to review and verify complex designs.
• Competency in functional safety engineering is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience working from P&IDs to develop EC&I scope.
• Ability to understand scope and identify variations from client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead EC&I design teams within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Provide CI engineering input across multiple projects and liaise with managers, vendors, and clients.
• Review and verify complex project designs and drawings.
• Support HAZIDs, HAZOPs, LOPAs, SIL calculations and PTPs.
• Develop FEED and pre-construction feasibility studies and cost/time/resource estimates.
• Prepare construction handover packs and supporting documentation.
