Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver in Hatfield to support trunking operations between national depots. This full-time, temporary role offers shift options including mornings, evenings, and weekends with competitive hourly pay.

You will perform vehicle checks, uphold strict safety standards, and adhere to scheduled routes, representing Royal Mail with professionalism on every run. A CPC card and clean licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 / C+E licence (held for 1+ years).
• A valid and in date CPC + Digital Tachograph card.
• 180+ days of Class 1 driving experience in the last 2 years.
• Max 6 points on your licence.
• Able to pass vetting & DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Transport mail between national sites.
