Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a leading logistics client in the Preston area. Earn up to £24.54 per hour with weekly pay and immediate starts available.

This role includes loading/unloading assistance, delivering to customer locations, and using handheld scanners to record deliveries. You will need a valid HGV Class 1 license, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph Card, and at least 6 months of experience.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license held for driving professional work.
• Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience.
• Driver CPC qualification and a valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Flexible, can-do attitude with willingness to assist with loading/unloading duties.

Pay Rates

• £16.36 per hour for the first 40 hours worked
• £24.54 per hour after 40 hours

Your Duties

• Assisting with loading vehicles before departure
• Delivering goods to customer locations
• Supporting unloading where required
• Using handheld scanners to record deliveries and collections
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) License
