Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking skilled Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers for Preston and surrounding areas. We offer consistent night work, competitive rates, and flexible shift patterns with immediate starts available to suitable candidates.

Roles include trunk runs, RDC deliveries, and depot-to-depot work, with minimal handball on most contracts and weekly pay. Valid Class 1 licence, CPC, and tachograph card required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience.
• Knowledge of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate trunk runs and RDC deliveries.
• Carry out general haulage and depot-to-depot deliveries.
• Adhere to schedules with strict time windows.
• Minimise handball on most contracts where possible.
• Maintain safety and compliance on all assignments.

Class 1 Night Drivers Required - Preston & Surrounding Areas

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers for a range of assignments with established and reputable clients across Preston and the surrounding areas.

If you're looking for consistent night work, excellent rates of pay, and flexible shift patterns, we have a variety of opportunities available to suit your needs.

What's Available?

• Trunk runs

Pay Rates

£17.00 - £17.50 per hour

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
