AIM OF THE ROLE:
The Buying & Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing all stock movements and shipping requirements within Redcentric. This includes goods in, stock management, issuing stock to customer projects, and shipping once configured. This role will support multiple internal teams and is key to maintaining our customer’s high expectations. This is an exciting time to join the Procurement Team as we continue our transformation. This role has become available due to the previous member being promoted into a buyer role as he continues his procurement career journey.
Please note: This is an entry-level position and training will be provided. Based on site at our Elland Data Centre, 5 days per week.

Experience/Qualifications:
This is a busy and varied role, and the successful candidate will need to prove excellent communication, coordinating, planning, and organisational skills. Being able to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally and aid in coordinating the activities of the function is critical as well as the assistance in the development of operational processes and tools.
HOURS OF WORK:
The company’s standard hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 3.30pm on Friday with one hour for lunch; however, due to the nature of the role, flexibility will be required.
