We are looking for an ambitious, organized, and creative Buying Assistant or recent graduate with a passion for fashion and interiors. This is a full-time, permanent role offering up to £25,000 per year, dependent on experience, with excellent career progression opportunities and benefits.

Based at our Huddersfield HQ, our vibrant Lifestyle team drives the success of brands like furniture.co.uk and betterbathrooms.co.uk. We aim to set trends and push boundaries in online retail.

The Opportunity:

As a Buying Assistant, you will work closely with a team of trend-setting Buyers to contribute to our business growth. You will support the team with administrative tasks and gain valuable experience in buying.

Your Responsibilities:

• Research trends, create mood boards, and analyze products.
• Communicate with suppliers worldwide via Teams and email.

• Work with Buying & Merchandising Teams for data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Customer Service to monitor returns and improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize product presentation.
• Manage product development timelines and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Interest in trends and product development.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Degree in fashion or buying preferred.
• Previous experience as a Buyer's Assistant is a plus but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Self-motivated team player with a drive to succeed.
