Job summary

National Gallery Global is seeking a Buying and Production Assistant to support the Buying team in delivering an inspiring and commercially successful retail offer for our Gallery shops and online store.

This varied role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, an eye for aesthetics, and a genuine enthusiasm for art, design and contemporary material culture, with interviews taking place w/c commencing 19th October.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Maintain organised records and communications to support buying and production processes.

This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational and communication skills, an eye for aesthetics, and a genuine enthusiasm for art, design, and contemporary material culture.

The Buying team sits within National Gallery Global, the commercial arm of the National Gallery. The team is focused on delivering a distinctive, best-in-class retail proposition that enhances the Gallery's reputation, broadens audience appeal, and drives revenue growth across both onsite and e-commerce channels.

Interviews will take place w/c commencing 19th October.
