Job summary

Sweaty Betty is seeking a Buy Assistant (BAA) to support seasonal range planning, assortment builds, and price analysis. You will manage samples, maintain PLM/BC data, and help organise documentation across the product team.

The role requires at least 1 year as a BAA, advanced Excel, rigorous deadlines, and strong numerical/communication skills. You’ll work in London with a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working as a Buy/BAA or buying assistant.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Range framework/seasonal line setup with PLM & BC.
• Assortment build across all channels with accurate documentation.
• Pricing analysis and regular competitor benchmarking.
• End-to-end sample management for the product team.
• Maintain critical path timelines and related documentation.
• Organise product development documentation and sample prep for meetings.
• Support supplier relationships and seasonal launches.
