Job summary

COS is seeking a Buyers Admin Assistant to support the Buying team in London. You will coordinate samples, maintain product information, and assist with order amendments to help develop collections that reflect the brand vision.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will track milestones, support fit sessions, conduct trend analysis and sales reviews to inform buying decisions, and ensure timely sharing of information across departments. This is a full-time role at our London head office.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Buying Intern or BAA (ideally in fashion).
  • Digital proficiency – Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work across product management and business systems.
  • Strong organisational skills – Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams and building positive working relationships.
  • Commercial and customer awareness – Understanding of market trends, customer preferences and key product drivers within a fashion retail environment.
  • Analytical mindset – Comfortable working with sales data, product information and reports to support decision-making.

  • Prepare and support the Buying Team during fit sessions. Organise sessions and update the fitting list in priority order and steaming samples.
  • Assist with competitor research, trend analysis and sales reviews to provide insights that support buying decisions.

Job description

Additional Information

We have one full time permanent contract and one 12 month temporary contract both based at our Head Office in London, 5 days per week.
