Job summary

Fashion & Retail Personnel Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Buyer & Merchandiser to drive product selection and trading performance for a fast-growing womenswear fashion brand. You will own buying, merchandising and supplier relationships, ensuring products meet timescales, price targets and margins.

The role emphasises data-driven decision making, trend analysis and commercial judgement to optimise profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience at Buyer and/or Merchandiser level in fashion retail/start-up is required.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and influence trading decisions.

To be successful, you will have experience at Buyer and/or Merchandiser level ideally in a similar fashion start up environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to manage supplier relationships and make key trading decisions.
