Job summary

Fashion Personnel is helping a fast-growing womenswear fashion start-up hire a Buyer & Merchandiser. You will take ownership of buying, merchandising and supplier management to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time, price and margin.

You will use data, trend insight and commercial judgement to drive performance and profitability, with strong analytical skills and confidence to manage supplier relationships and make key trading decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience at Buyer and/or Merchandiser level, ideally in a fashion start-up environment.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and make key trading decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of buying, merchandising and supplier management.
• Drive product selection to meet timing, price and margin targets.
• Use data, trend insight and commercial judgement to improve performance and profitability.
