Job summary

W Talent is partnering with a well-known UK retail business to recruit an experienced Buyer for their commercial team. This is a great opportunity for a buyer with strong category management experience to influence range and supplier strategy.

You will manage a defined product category, own range planning and margin performance, build strong supplier relationships, and analyse data to inform range and pricing decisions. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Proven buying experience within a retail environment (multi-site or online background preferred).
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of managing supplier relationships.
• Confident using data and insight to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
