Have you got Procurement / Purchasing experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering type environment? Looking for a change of scene? Then read on, this could be the role for you

You'll be joining a world-class manufacturing facility, with offices in both the UK and USA, for a well-established company that have been top of their game for over 40 years.

As a Buyer, you'll be leading a small team and setting the process for procuring materials, components - basically anything and everything that might be required for a manufacturing operation!

It's important that you've got a solid experience in Buying, so you can come in with plenty of ideas and recommendations for improving the process and strategy for the Procurement function.

Also the confidence and skills to negotiate with suppliers, reduce delays and quality issues, and deliver the best value to the organisation.

Salary is up to GBP38,000 along with a whole host of great benefits including 24 days' holiday (plus bank hols), healthcare plan, pension, life assurance cover, company sick pay, enhanced maternity/paternity and more!

This is a hybrid role where you'll divide your time between the office near Middlesborough and home, with other freebie days off like your Birthday and Christmas Eve.

Ideally you will be CIPS Level 4 qualified and have a proven track record in supplier performance management, driving savings, improving quality, etc.
