Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Buyer based in Lymington to join its purchasing team on a permanent basis. The role is office-based and supports the Purchasing Department, ensuring the timely flow of materials for production and handling new product enquiries.

You will raise POs in SYSPRO, maintain supplier relationships, and negotiate terms while ensuring delivery against targets. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years procurement/purchasing experience, ideally within manufacturing.
• Experience with direct and/or indirect purchasing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet operational and commercial targets.
• Highly organised, resilient and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
