The Chancery Rosewood, Mayfair, part of Rosewood Hotel Group, seeks a Butler on a 6-month contract to provide highly personalised service for Suite guests. You will anticipate needs, coordinate requests, and deliver a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic, meaningful relationships with each Suite guest and understand their preferences and routines.
• Coordinate and deliver all guest requests including luggage, laundry, amenities, and dining with precision and grace.
• Provide a personalised suite orientation to ensure guests feel at home from arrival.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure a cohesive guest journey across the stay.
• Deliver refined in-suite food and beverage service for an elevated dining experience.
• Own guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness in all suites.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion at all times.
