AbsoluteTaste is looking for a Butcher to join our food passionate team at Wykham Farm.

As the Butcher, you will support the Meat team in all the daily operations of the department.

You will be responsible for providing every guest with an exceptional shopping experience and consistently offering the best quality cuts of meat. We take pride in our Wykham Park ethos, which includes producing and selling our own home-grown produce, including vegetables and reared lambs and cattle, all sold through our shop to ensure the freshest ingredients and premium quality across our range.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying meat.
• Serving customers over the counter.
• Preparing meat for cooking using various cutting, tying, and trimming techniques.
• Maintaining and cleaning the meat preparation area and adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Experience handling carcasses to cut primals is preferred.
