Role Description

This is a UK based full-time hybrid role for a Butcher and Abattoir Apprenticeship Trainer based around the country, with some work from home acceptable. The trainer will be responsible for mentoring and training apprentices in butchery, poultry, seafood, and meat processing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, assessing apprentices' progress, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. The role also involves maintaining records of apprentices' progress and ensuring their training aligns with employer needs and regulatory requirements.
