Business travel - Team manager Required for this global TMC looking after a team of 11 consultants. Hybrid in London, 1 day a week in the office but open to a discussion. Team leader experience for another TMC is a must, ideally sabre trained. Salary around 40k plus benefits

Business travel team leaders duties

-The role is to team manage a virtual/office based team of business travel consultants, up to a team of 11 people

-Maintain a good level of understanding of the conferna, sabre, Evolvi and back end accountancy systems, ensure bookings are processed in line with standard operating procedures

-Ensure all customer SLAs and KPIs are understood and met

-Manage the day to day operation of the department

-Conduct regular 1-2-1s with team members m providing regular feedback and coaching on performance

Business travel team managers skills required

-Business travel operations team leader experience is a must

-Sabre knowledge would be a major plus

-Able to come into a London office ideally once a week

Additional information

-Hours 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 8am and 6pm
