We are recruiting an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our Manchester-based team. The role is primarily based in our Manchester office, with hybrid working options available. This is an exciting time to join us as we expand our global operations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high levels of customer service by handling enquiries and reservations professionally, arranging and confirming bookings, and building traveller profiles to meet their needs
• Research for clients to secure the best deals
• Process E-tickets and travel documentation
• Offer advice on visas, passport requirements, vaccinations, and available options for each itinerary
• Handle refunds and cancellations
• Support and train new staff members

What We’re Looking For

• A motivated, passionate individual with previous experience in business travel
• Experience using GDS platforms
• Excellent telephone manner, verbal reasoning skills, and attention to detail
• Availability to work between 8 am and 6 pm on a rota basis and attend out-of-hours training if required
