Reigate, Surrey | 4 days in the office, 1 day remote once trained
Reports to: Head of Operations
Start: Monday 4 January 2027
We can't sponsor visas – applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
We manage business travel for founder-led brands, the creator economy, and corporate clients across a variety of sectors, with a focus on time-critical C-suite international trips. We offer a consultancy-first approach, guiding clients on how to maximise travel as a growth lever, whilst booking and managing all aspects of the trip.
2027 is our biggest year yet as we continue to expand across the UK and New York.
This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to learn business travel properly, from the inside. You'll be trained from scratch on how we quote, book and look after clients – flights, hotels, rail, complex itineraries and the changes that come with them – and you'll work side by side with senior consultants on live accounts from your first week.
Our last two assistants joined with no travel experience. By the end of this year they'll be managing their own clients. That's the path.
echo.bravo is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, communities and industries.
