At the heart of our organisation, the Transformation Team leads strategic initiatives that enhance how we work, adapt to evolving markets, and implement cutting-edge technologies. As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas of transformation through a structured rotational program.
This role is based onsite at our Halifax office. We find that working together in the office increases collaboration and engagement, and also supports your development too.
