Job summary

Sensor Tower is seeking a skilled Business Technology Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT tools and facilities for our global staff. The role focuses on keeping systems secure, compliant, and efficient within a modern SaaS environment.

You will work closely with technical leaders to maintain security controls, support employees, and optimize IT workflows. This is an on-site position in London, offering opportunities to influence corporate IT policies and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Operating system knowledge across Mac and Windows.
• Proficiency in scripting languages.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with the business technology team and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret organizational IT policies and procedures for Corporate IT and SOC II compliance.
• Review new vendors and drive process improvements.
• Purchase and coordinate IT equipment delivery and maintain asset inventory.
• Maintain SaaS applications and licensing across the organization.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls.
• Train users on IT systems and provide technical support when issues arise.
• Assist with employee provisioning and deprovisioning.

What You Will Focus On

• Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures related to Corporate IT, info security and SOC II compliance.
• Review new vendors and work on process improvements.
• Purchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment & maintain asset inventory.
• Maintain SaaS applications and licensing.
• Collaborate and communicate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls.
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Train users on IT systems and provide technical support when issues arise.
• Assist with employee provisioning and deprovision.

Skills We Are Interested In

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail.
• Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM and other SaaS tools.
