Job summary

Cooper Parry is seeking a Business Tax Assistant Manager to manage a diverse client base, deliver compliance and advisory services, and help shape client tax strategy. You’ll review corporate tax returns, support planning and capital restructuring, and serve as the primary tax contact while collaborating with Audit and Advisory teams.

• Keep a diverse range of business clients in top shape, balancing compliance and advisory services with a personal touch

• Support tax planning, restructuring, and profit extraction strategies, helping businesses make informed decisions
• Be the go-to tax contact for your clients, ensuring trust, clarity, and stellar service.
• Work with our Audit and Advisory teams for a seamless service, and coach junior talent to build the next generation of tax pros
