Job overview:

We’re looking for a hands‑on Business Systems Architect to own the roll‑out, integration and ongoing evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Sunswap. You’ll shape a highly efficient integration of business software systems that empowers and streamlines workflows from manufacturing to sales. You will work in close collaboration with our Cloud Software team to facilitate a seamless exchange of data at the intersection between customers, product development and field service operations.

What you’ll do

Plan & deliver the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central launch – scope modules, migrate data, configure security and shepherd users from UAT to go‑live.
Design & build integrations – connect Business Central to Airtable, Manufacturing Execution System, Power BI and future tools via API.
Develop bespoke productivity apps – low‑code portals, automations or plug‑ins that remove manual steps and surface real‑time data.
Own governance – define owners, quality checks and retention rules so every team trusts the numbers as the single source of truth.
Administer licences & vendors – maintain an application inventory, forecast costs, negotiate renewals and track usage.
Own the MES & ERP integration – work with the Manufacturing Engineering team
Security, compliance and backups – improve and maintain RBAC/MFA, oversee compliance and maintain backups.
Support & optimise – monitor performance, provide support across the businnes and drive continuous improvement to reduce manual tasks and workflows.
Champion AI & automation – use Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate AI Builder, Airtable AI and other generative‑AI capabilities to eliminate manual steps, surface insights and continuously streamline end‑to‑end workflows.

About you:

Proven track record implementing or architecting Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in a product‑led SME or scale‑up.
Hands‑on experience with REST/Graph QL APIs, JSON, webhooks and middleware.
Working knowledge of Airtable (bases, scripting, interfaces) an advantage.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and/or MES platforms is highly desirable.
Confident stakeholder manager who can translate business pain points into elegant technical solutions.
Passion for sustainability and a get stuff done attitude.
