A Business Systems Analyst Programmer, who will utilise both your knowledge of backend and frontend to develop high quality, scalable and innovative Cloud based applications.

You will be joining our Business Systems Solutions department, where we leverage innovative technologies to deliver bespoke and third-party solutions that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability across the Business.

You will have a strong foundation in software delivery and keen technical acumen, along with excellent people skills, including a genuine passion for software development. You will be an essential part of our team’s success. Your eagerness to learn and explore new skills and technologies will enhance your capabilities and contribute to the team's growth.

In this role, you will not only write high-quality code in C#, React, and .NET, but also conduct analysis of Business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Your attention to detail and commitment to established processes and standards will ensure the success of our projects.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Commercial software development experience in React.
• Experience in .NET Core, .NET Framework and SQL development.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality, scalable software solutions.
• Knowledge of web design and development, responsive web frameworks and mobile development.
• Experience deploying applications to the Cloud and building CI and CD pipelines to support the process.
• Excellent understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Passion for software development and Technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret requirements effectively.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and specifications based on analysis.

Main Responsibilities

• Working both individually and with the team to produce high quality applications.
• Supporting and enhancing the existing code base.
• Assisting Software Product Owners as required.
• Supporting all phases of projects.
• Creating work effort estimates as required.
• Writing technical specifications.
• Conducting analysis of Business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet Business needs.
• Participating in design reviews and providing feedback on proposed solutions.
