OneAdvanced is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Core Business Systems team in Birmingham. You will be a key link between stakeholders, architects and developers, translating business problems into clear, actionable requirements across Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi and OpenAir.

You’ll own pre-change analysis, map end-to-end processes, assess impact, and ensure the delivered changes align with overall business goals. A hands-on BA with strong documentation and collaboration skills will thrive.

Qualifications

• Proven BA experience in a systems/applications environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience within business or tech change.
• Experience across integrated business systems and data flow between apps.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation.
• Ability to translate between business and technical teams.
• Experience collaborating with architects, developers and specialists.
• Understanding end-to-end processes such as quote-to-cash; ERP exposure is useful.
• Proactive ownership and ability to manage multiple changes in a fast-paced environment.

• Own and improve process and system documentation.
• Support multiple initiatives at different stages with stakeholders, architects and dev teams.
• Help quantify business value delivered through technology change.
