Job Summary:

To provide business systems support for the Square Enix user community and partners. Working closely with Unit4 users in the UK, Hamburg, Paris, and Los Angeles offices. Please note, this role will be an 18 months FTC.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support & problem resolution for all ERP users.
2. Supervise support across SEW sites.
3. Provide user training & coaching for ERP users and third-party partners.
4. Maintain system documentation.
5. Manage business change requests.
6. Create and troubleshoot reports.
7. Liaise with various departments on system issues.
8. Assist with system upgrades, updates, and patches.
9. Participate in ERP projects and developments.

Key Stakeholders:

Director of Business Applications, Financial Controllers, Accounting, IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, E-commerce.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven experience in Unit4 ERP and SAP S/4 Hana support.
• Experience in ERP implementation and upgrades.
• Support of various ERP modules and system configuration.
• Experience with system interfacing, ETL, XML, APIs, and EDI.
• Knowledge of MS SQL and TSQL.
• Training users and understanding service management practices like ITIL.
• Desirable: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent ERP experience, accounting principles, HR and logistics processes, and familiarity with tools like Hornbill, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, SAP Concur, middleware, and reporting solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of cloud ERP environments, security protocols, project management methodologies.
