My Client is seeking a proactive and technically astute Business Systems Analyst Dynamics 365 to join their growing IT function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a systems expert with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (365BC) experience to support, optimize, and evolve business-critical platforms that drive operational success across a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver first-line support for finance and business systems, particularly 365BC
• Analyze and enhance existing systems to meet evolving business requirements
• Manage configurations, upgrades, and system integrations
• Ensure robust data governance, GDPR/DORA compliance, and system security
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
• Support end-user training and create clear, effective documentation
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and system-driven business insights

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of finance subsystems (e.g., G/L, Accounts)
• Proficiency in SQL and AL development
• Experience in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience in IT support or consulting roles, ideally with client-facing exposure
