Job summary

Nu-Heat, part of Genuit Group, is recruiting a Business Systems Administrator to maintain and enhance our NetSuite/ERP platforms. You will configure systems, support users, manage access, and help drive automation while ensuring compliance with Genuit policies.

This hybrid role requires strong problem solving and clear communication with finance and IT teams. Working 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, you will partner with local leadership and external suppliers, support change management,

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or configuring ERP/ business systems, ideally NetSuite.
  • Understand ERP architecture and data storage dependencies.
  • Hands-on user support and incident management, including third-party providers.

Responsibilities

  • Configure systems to meet operational needs while minimising customisation and technical debt.
  • Identify and log improvement opportunities across processes, automation and simplification.
  • Document requirements and change requests, preparing data and impact summaries for proposals.
  • Support change management for new features, including training, documentation and communications.
  • Improve management information through standardisation and automation.
  • Manage supplier relationships to balance operational needs with strategic priorities.
  • Perform daily system administration including user access, roles and configuration updates.
  • Monitor system performance, resolve support tickets and escalate vendor issues.
  • Act as the local contact for IT suppliers for operational and support matters.
  • Enforce Group security standards and escalate compliance issues to Group IS.
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery through runbook maintenance and testing.
  • Provide user support and training with clear documentation for processes and changes.
  • Produce reports and support data governance, including data quality checks and escalations.

Since then, we have been perfecting bespoke, high efficiency home heating systems whilst developing our own industry leading underfloor heating products along the way.Backed by lifetime technical support and award-winning customer service, our bespoke heating systems are precisely designed for our customers' projects, so they feel the difference.Now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, Nu-heat has ambitious growth plans.The RoleThe Business Systems Administrator at Nu-Heat is responsible for the daily administration, support, and maintenance of IT business systems, including CRM/ERP platforms like NetSuite and Q&D. Reporting to the CMS IT Business Partner, working closely with the Nu-Heat Finance Director and collaborating with Genuit Group IS teams, this role focuses on improving system efficiency, configuring platforms, and providing user support and training. The Administrator ensures system compliance with Genuit IS policies, manages supplier support contracts, and assists in system improvement projects following Group PMO governance.This role champions data-driven decision-making, promotes standardisation and automation, and maintains resilient, scalable business operations, all while embodying Genuit's trademark behaviours of "we work together," "we take ownership," and "we find a better way."Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
