We're seeking a highly motivated and organized administrator to join our Chief Executive's Office team. In this role, you'll provide business, project, and administrative support across a portfolio of corporate meetings and governance functions that oversee our organizational operations.
Delivering safe, high-quality care across our hospitals depends on strong corporate governance, ensuring decisions are properly overseen, accountable, and in the best interests of patients.
As part of the Chief Executive's Office, you'll collaborate with senior leaders and teams managing the Trust's corporate and strategic development, including special projects.
Supporting the team to deliver high-standard secretarial services, you'll assist with administrative tasks related to meetings serviced by the Chief Executive's Office, including the Board of Directors and Committees. Responsibilities include preparing agendas, templates, drafts of documents, emails, reports, presentations, and supporting project-related administrative activities, research, and benchmarking.
