We are looking for a creative and dynamic Business Support Officer to join the office of the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner and support our vision: "Working with partners and the public to deliver safer, stronger communities in West Mercia".
The core role of the PCC’s office is to ensure the voice of the public is reflected in policing. The PCC also allocates millions of pounds to community projects, victim services, crime prevention measures, and ensures the police force has the necessary funding to deliver an efficient and effective service for the public.
The PCC needs someone passionate about ensuring the public voice is heard and used to improve policing. The ideal candidate is creative, has strong written skills, can identify risks and opportunities, and possesses innovative ideas for engaging communities.

Role Details: The Business Support Officer position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office.
