Solace Women's Aid is seeking a Business Support Manager based at our Camden Head Office to oversee operational IT, safety compliance, and Head Office administration. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Business Support, you will lead Solace's operational IT infrastructure, Health & Safety compliance, and Head Office management. As the main contact for our IT Managed Service Provider, you will oversee service delivery, SLAs, and ensure systems remain secure, compliant and fit for purpose.
You will also manage supplier contracts, a central administration budget, and a team of staff and volunteers.
Based at our Camden Head Office, this role requires office attendance five days per week, 8:30am to 4:30pm, and is not suitable for hybrid working.
The postholder will act as Head Office Fire Warden, supporting fire safety compliance, evacuation procedures, record keeping, and a safe environment for staff, volunteers and visitors.
This is a varied management role with significant ownership, ideal for an experienced operations professional with knowledge of Microsoft administration and cyber security who is looking to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven organisation.
